Plot SummaryLegends Cross-Over Chapter 2Godfrey is holding an anti-Superhero rally at Gotham University, which Batman and Robin watch from a nearby rooftop. Then the crowd is parted by a student running from a car size falcon. Batman swings into the rescue and quickly learns that there is a break in in one of the school labs.Batman rushes off to find Penguin stealing large falcons, the data disks on how to make more and Professor Braid, who created the large birds. Penguin is able to escape with the birds, the data and the hostage.Batman tracks the Penguin to his makeshift aviary, and confronts the villain, but is tricked into a trap.
