About this issue

Catwoman, learning that Bruce Wayne has come to love Vicki Vale in her absence, goes out for vengeance on her rival. A newspaper story on computer crime Oliver Queen is working on vanishes from his computer terminal at the Daily Star. In its place is the talking image of Hi-Tek, who tells Oliver that he deleted the story rather than have his secrets exposed. Learning the address of the firm from which the Star rents computer space to store its data, Oliver Queen becomes Green Arrow and there confronts Hi-Tek’s image, as well as an exploding robot that knocks him out.1. Cat Tale (Batman)2. The High Tech Highwayman! (Green Arrow)Notes: This issue appears in the movie The Outsiders on the magazine shelf along with Fightin’ Marines #166 and Captain Carrot and His Amazing Zoo Crew #10 before the scene where Dally is shot and killed. It is an error that this issue is seen because the movie The Outsiders takes place in the 1960s and this issue came out in 1982.
