When the dreaded arsonist Firefly creates a fire in Gotham that even he can’t control, it’s up to Nightwing and Robin to save not only the city, but Firefly himself.Firefly attacks an EPA team assessing damage from toxic and chemical spills. The explosion rocks the city prompting a response emergency services. At the same time, the rest of Gotham watches the televised congressional hearings over the fate of the ruined city.Robin and Nightwing find Firefly and try to stop him and gives chase as he moves to a different part of the city. Officers Montoya and Bullock catch up and join in the fray. During the encounter, Firefly’s weapon is damaged causing a massive inferno which inflicts severe burns in the process. He’s doused with wet concrete to get rid of the flames.Nick Scratch continues to lobby against Gotham’s rehabilitation publicly. His team recruits a new cast of villains to push the city into further chaos.
