The U.S. government has declared Gotham to be a No Man’s Land and has deserted it. Two-Face holds Commissioner James Gordon in a mock trial with Detective Renee Montoya as his witness. He condemns Commissioner Gordon for breaking is agreement with Two-Face and endangering Detective Montoya’s life. However, Gordon demands that Harvey Dent, (the alternate persona of Two-Face,) act his defense lawyer. In a truly bizarre cross examination between Two-Face and Harvey Dent, Commissioner Gordon is exonerated and Two-Face is incriminated and placed under arrest.This Comic is a part of the No Man’s Land story line.
